Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a New Graduate Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. You will support planning, design, analysis, and implementation across markets, gaining hands-on experience under seasoned mentors.

You’ll work on projects that protect communities and infrastructure, with opportunities for field work, training, and career growth in civil, environmental, electrical, and related disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Electrical, or related engineering discipline with completion by Spring 2027.
• Prior internship in engineering or related field desired.
• Engineer In Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering design, analysis, and project documentation.
• Support field investigations, site visits, inspections, environmental sampling, and data collection efforts.
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, and other project deliverables.
• Utilize engineering software and technology tools to support project work.
• Collaborate with project teams to solve technical challenges and meet project objectives.
• Participate in both office and field assignments to gain well‑rounded industry experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, and stakeholders as needed.
• Learn and apply engineering principles, industry standards, and best practices under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Position Summary
