How you will enjoy your day:

Perform painting and wall repair to rooms and exterior of the property.

If this is the right fit for you, you will:

1. Have a minimum of three years of experience
2. Be available to work the hours of 07:00am-3:30pm
3. Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co‑workers and other departments as needed
4. Handle painting, wall repair and wood refinishing in all guest rooms and public areas
5. Keep records on rooms and public area painting
6. Use pass down log
7. Make rounds, identify and track areas that need painting
8. Fill out requisitions for ordering supplies/parts
9. Deal with various vendors for supplies
10. Keep area in shop clean and organized
11. Assist other engineering staff when needed
12. Help control expenses
13. Other duties as assigned
