The Seagate Hotel, Golf & Beach Club, Autograph Collection in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support upkeep and operational efficiency of our facilities. Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a maintenance, facilities, or similar role.
• Preferred experience in construction or facility maintenance, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry fundamentals.
• Ability to solve practical problems independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Ability to perform physical duties (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, varying weather).
• Comfortable working in environments with moderate noise levels.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and minor masonry work
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and monitor system performance
• Identify and address building safety concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Support maintenance programs by completing daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
• Assist leadership with identifying, ordering, and managing maintenance supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and order general supplies for the country club as needed
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including after‑hours situations when required
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and management
• Work with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through while maintaining a professional and cooperative attitude
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain schedule flexibility to meet operational needs
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About The Job

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to respond quickly to both routine and urgent maintenance needs.
