Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a security-focused infrastructure and tooling leader to embed secure development practices across the software lifecycle. You will influence products and platforms, modernize tooling, and reduce risk while enabling rapid delivery.

The role requires deep DevSecOps expertise, familiarity with AI-enabled development tools, and a track record in automation and QA infrastructure optimization. Hybrid work is available.

  • Deep expertise in DevSecOps, modern frameworks, and AI-enabled development tools.
  • Highly skilled in quality-assurance automation and infrastructure optimization.
  • Systematically improves the Products & Functions Tech/CIO organisation's security posture and operational excellence.
  • Delivers impact by promoting security standards and enablers across business lines.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Role Overview

This role is a security-focused infrastructure and tooling leader. Their primary goal is to embed security and operational best practices into the development lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on vulnerability management, security platforms, and contributing to open-source security solutions. This would impact all of the Products & Functions Technology LOBs/CIO organisations and ultimately would result in dollar budget savings through reduced developer effort.
