Job summary

Makeready LLC in San Antonio, TX, seeks a full-time maintenance professional to ensure a safe, quality hotel experience. You will respond to guest requests, perform minor repairs, manage work orders, and maintain equipment with a strong focus on property knowledge and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping facilities in peak condition.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems and equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests requests as assigned
• Maintain and manage work order system on a timely basis
• Make minor repairs
• Responsible for upkeep of equipment
• Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
