Job summary

Bliss Car Wash LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Junior Project Engineer/Project Engineer to support commercial development projects from design through construction and close-out. The role offers hands-on exposure to entitlement, permitting, and coordination with architects and civil engineers.

The position includes a competitive salary between $62,000 and $78,000 per year (DOE), plus health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and bonus eligibility in a rapid-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Internships or construction-related experience highly preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand basic building processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with coordination of architects, civil engineers, and consultants.
• Support entitlement, permitting, and utility-service applications in local jurisdictions (CLV, Clark County, Henderson, NLV).
• Review drawings, track design updates, and help manage project documents.
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and schedule updates from general contractors.
• Perform site walks and help monitor construction progress and quality.
• Maintain project logs, budgets, and close-out documentation.

We are a rapidly growing commercial real estate developer delivering commercial, office, warehouse, and light industrial projects across the Las Vegas Valley. We are expanding our in-house construction management team and looking for a motivated Junior Project Engineer / Project Engineer to support commercial development projects from design through construction and close-out.
