Job summary

PRPDG is seeking an engineer to characterize process optimization strategies and troubleshoot issues across operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, or capital projects environments. The role involves applying engineering principles to design and implement system modifications and experiments, and to analyze results for minor-scale projects.

The candidate will collaborate with Facilities, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, EHS, and external providers to ensure systems operate

Qualifications

• Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 years of Engineering experience.
• Weekend support and 12 hours shifts will be required during implementation phase.
• Supports operation, troubleshooting, optimization, and modification of HVAC, utilities, and facility systems within a regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
• Works with Facilities, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, EHS, and external providers to ensure facility systems operate safely, reliably, efficiently and in compliance with GMP/regulatory requirements.

SUMMARY
Under general supervision, provides characterization of process optimization strategies and/or troubleshooting of operational issues in the operations, manufacturing, pilot plant or capital projects environment. Applies basic engineering principles to the design and implementation of system modifications, experiments and/or capital projects. Organizes, analyzes and presents interpretation of results for operational issues or engineering projects of minor scope and complexity.
REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree ORBachelor's degree in Engineering & 2 years of Engineering experience
• Weekend support and 12 hours shifts will be required during implementation phase.
• Provides engineering support for the operation, troubleshooting, optimization, and modification of HVAC, utilities, and facility systems within a regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment. Applies engineering principles to resolve operational issues, support preventive maintenance strategies, and execute facility modifications and capital projects.
• The Engineer works closely with Facilities, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, EHS, and external engineering and service providers to ensure facility systems operate safely, reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable GMP and regulatory requirements.
