Job summary

You will partner with the Project Engineering Manager of the Thermal Transfer Group business unit and other key stakeholders across our organization to ensure the delivery of world class products to our customers.

Job Description

As an Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing drawings, performing code calculations, and assisting with BOM and procurement duties.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar.
  • 4 or more years of experience required; 5–10 years preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret manufacturing drawings, technical manuals, diagrams and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel ~10% of the year.
  • Experience with mechanical drawings and calculations.
  • ASME BPVC experience is preferred.
  • Experience with BOM and procurements preferred.
  • Heat exchanger or similar mechanical plant equipment experience preferred.
  • Experience with equipment startups and installs in manufacturing settings is a plus.
Typical Day
  • General engineering activities including reviewing mechanical drawings, updating job information, and related tasks.
  • Required to be highly organized and exhibit technical proficiency.
  • Exhibit safe work habits, adhering to all PPE and OSHA requirements when in the manufacturing area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Potential need to travel onsite for installs and startups of equipment—typically <10% of the time.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Other duties may be assigned outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is currently $79,100–$112,800, subject to change based on training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
