Onni is seeking an experienced Engineer for a Class A office building in Chicago. You'll maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and automation systems, perform routine inspections, and respond to alarms to ensure peak efficiency.

The Engineer will be responsible for operation, maintenance, and repair of the building ensuring optimal performance of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and automation systems within a Class A office building. Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with efficiency standards, monitoring BAS and responding to alarms, completing chemical testing for the spa area daily, and delivering superior customer service to our tenants.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment, delivering superior operational standards and maintaining building infrastructure excellence. Experience working within a Class A office building environment preferred.
