The rate range is $40/hr to $42/hr, negotiable based on experience and location. Role focuses on engine performance development, using engine dynamometers, data analysis, and hands-on testing with engine hardware.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in engine/combustion, test/calibration/development, and data analysis in an automotive setting.
• Experience with engine performance development and data collection.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans to validate engine attributes.
• Collaborate with cross functional groups to execute test plans.
• Prepare test data for presentations and review test plans and testing to support engine performance development.
