Job summary

VIVA USA Inc in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Contingent Performance Analyst to support Model-Based Product Development for engine programs.

You will deploy analysis, establish state‑of‑the‑art modeling workflows, and collaborate with performance engineers on testing and optimization, using GT-Power, GT‑Suite and Matlab.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in engine performance are required or 1+ year with an advanced degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' industry experience in engine performance OR 1+ year industry experience with relevant advanced degree
• Experience using GT-Power (and GT-Suite in general)
• Strong proficiency with standard engineering software, including Matlab
• Experience with Thermo-fluids
• Strong communication and team skills

What Skills You Need

• 3+ years' industry experience in engine performance OR 1+ year industry experience combined with relevant advanced degree

What Makes You Stand Out

• Intermediate proficiency using GT-Power (and GT-Suite in general)
• 3+ years' engineering experience with heavy-duty diesel engines
• Master of Science engineering degree or higher
