Position Summary

Responsible for machining various production components in accordance with all blueprints, specifications, or other forms of instruction.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform the setup and operation of manual milling machines, lathes and saws to meet production requirements
• Work from blueprints and verbal instructions to accurately machine parts to specification
• Perform required inspections to verify compliance with blueprint specifications
• Perform other general shop duties as assigned
• Follow all safety guidelines including wearing appropriate PPE at all times

• Ability to select proper tooling and gaging required to manufacture parts within specified tolerances
