Job summary

CAMP Systems International, Inc. is seeking an EHM Analyst to perform gas-path performance analysis and provide engine performance support to customers and internal teams.

This role emphasizes data-driven maintenance recommendations, validation of new features, and ongoing collaboration with product and service development, with some travel expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent aviation maintenance (A&P/AMT License) or related field, with 2 years of related aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
  • Honeywell TFE and/or HTF experience.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
  • Some travel maybe required.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of gas path performance data to identify premature engine deterioration and recommend maintenance per OEM instructions.
  • Provide customers and other departments with technical support on engine performance.
  • Recommend system improvements and validate new features.
  • Provide support to develop new product and services.
  • Maintain a record of customer communications.
  • Maintain knowledge of OEM and engine maintenance program requirements.

What You Will Experience In This Role

In this role, you will be tasked with a mixture of client technical support and engine performance analysis and system validation. We are looking for aviation enthusiasts with a deep understanding of the turbomachinery operation and a desire to help our customers optimize their engine maintenance by providing maintenance recommendations based on the analysis of gas path performance data.

The most successful people are passionate about investigating suspicious performance trends and shifts to understand their cause. They bring a concierge approach to customer care, with accelerated understanding for business data, database management and system functionality validation. As an EHM Analysts you get the chance to apply your wealth of aviation knowledge in a new and unique format. This is an analytical job, not hands on.

Responsibilities
  • Analysis of gas path performance data to identify premature engine deterioration and recommend maintenance in accordance to OEM approved instructions for continued airworthiness.
  • Provide customers and other departments with technical support with regards to engine performance.
  • Recommend system improvements and validate new features.
  • Provide support to develop new product and services.
  • Maintain a record of customer communications.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable OEM and engine model maintenance program requirements.
You Have
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent aviation maintenance (A&P/AMT License) or related field and (2) years related aircraft maintenance experience is preferred
  • Honeywell TFE and/or HTF experience
  • Related aircraft maintenance or manufacturing experience acceptable.
  • Strong Customer Service experience a must
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Some travel maybe required.
