Position: Engine Field Service Dispatcher

We are hiring a Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate customer service requests for natural gas and diesel engines and generators.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of dispatching experience in a service industry
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to handle high-pressure situations

Preferred Experience:

• Strong mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities:

• Supervise generator and engine repairs in the field
• Schedule technicians to expedite repairs
• Coordinate parts orders and component repairs
• Monitor field service expenses and technician overtime
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Manage work orders: open, edit, review, and invoice
