Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Quartermaster and Chemical Equipment Repairer to maintain marine engine systems, decontamination equipment, and related machinery. You’ll train to service laundry, pumps, engines, burners, and water purification units and support special equipment maintenance.

You will learn internal combustion theory, hands-on maintenance, and safety practices while earning a regular paycheck during training and drills.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED.
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 35.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
• Must meet citizenship requirements (see NATIONALGUARD.com for details)
