The DC Army National Guard is seeking a Quartermaster and Chemical Equipment Repairer to maintain and repair a range of mechanical and chemical systems. You will train to service laundry and bath equipment, pumps, engines, burners, and water purification units as part of a hands-on career.

You will learn internal combustion engine theory and gain practical skills that could lead to civilian roles as marine engine mechanics or in related industries.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ages 17–35.
• Pass a physical exam.
• Citizenship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Service internal combustion engine ignition/fuel/cooling/electrical systems.
• Perform damage assessment and repair.
