  • Two or more years of hands‑on experience applying Lean or GMS tools in a manufacturing, laboratory, or engineering environment.
  • Three or more years of experience installing and removing engines on dynamometers.
  • Three or more years of experience installing instrumentation, connecting test systems, and performing diagnostics.
  • Three or more years of experience installing, replacing, and troubleshooting engine components.
  • Working knowledge of gasoline and/or diesel internal combustion engine systems.
  • Mechanical, fabrication, and equipment troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical information, test requirements, and operating procedures.
  • Ability to train and provide technical guidance to others.
  • Strong written, verbal, and cross‑functional communication skills.
  • Experience using PUMA, INCA, and Indicom test‑bed software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and related applications.
  • Ability to work assigned off‑shift schedules.
What Will Give you a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
