Qualifications

• Experience in engine diagnostics and automotive repair, dealership experience preferred.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with diesel engines, turbocharging, hybrid/electric systems, or advanced diagnostics preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform engine diagnostics and repairs efficiently and accurately
• Review repair orders and perform work according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle system issues
• Repair and maintain vehicle systems including engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, AC, turbocharging, diesel engines, hybrid/electric systems, and advanced diagnostics
• Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors and team members
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
