Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 6+ years in program/project delivery, transformation, PMO, or cross-functional initiative management.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare or regulated delivery environments is preferred.
• Experience building integrated plans, dependency logs, risk registers, and governance materials.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams without replacing specialist ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable workstreams and ownership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment and delivery.
• Lead delivery governance forums and provide updates to leadership.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies and address challenges.
• Develop recovery plans when scope or timelines are at risk.
• Capture lessons learned and support vendor performance and operational excellence.
