Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Engine/Clutch Assembler (Grade 5) to prepare and install engine and clutch parts on a moving assembly line. You will follow work instructions, operate tools, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, hoists, and production equipment safely.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Operate required testing and diagnostic equipment to achieve product quality standards.
• Perform tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Work at a consistent pace while maintaining high quality standards.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross train to other workstations to enable rotation of work.
• Work overtime as required by production schedules.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
