Job summary

Caterpillar Brazil is seeking an Engine Performance Calibration Engineer located in Mossville, Illinois. You will develop calibration projects for dual-fuel engines, support product evaluations, and manage performance improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with at least eight years of experience in engine performance and emissions calibration. Key responsibilities include mentoring engineers and ensuring compliance with emissions regulations.

• Experience with engine performance and emission calibration.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage calibration projects for dual-fuel engines.
• Collaborate with product teams to support concept evaluation and performance improvement.
• Mentor a team of engine calibration engineers.

Education
