Qualifications
- 4+ years of program management experience.

- Advanced knowledge of scope, risk, and financial analyses.
- Strong leadership, communication and independent work skills.
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate program and departmental performance.
- Lead continuous improvement for the department.
- Review and assist in managing monthly financial performance.
- Forecast manpower needs and participate in hiring.
- Set strategic operational goals and evaluate outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends and technology advances.
- Ensure adherence to regulations.
