Job summary

YogaSix Doylestown & YogaSix Newtown are seeking dedicated, passionate yoga teachers who are ready to grow, elevate their teaching, and join a community that is changing lives.

You will build meaningful connections with students, communicate clearly, and deliver an energizing, safe, and enjoyable class. Regular availability (two+ classes weekly, weekend mornings) and a friendly, coaching mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• An outgoing personality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• A genuine ability to connect personally with people from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels.
• A willingness to grow, welcome feedback, and remain a lifelong student.
• The ability to teach safe, creative, and enjoyable classes while showing a genuine interest in every student’s success, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
• Regular availability to teach at least two classes per week.
• Willingness and ability to substitute for other teachers when needed to help maintain class coverage.
• Availability to regularly teach for weekend classes and weekday classes beginning at 6:30 a.m. (Or willing to sub.)
• Physical Requirements

Responsibilities

• Create a personal connection with each student
• Create a class experience that shows your personality and skills while adhering to the Yoga Six standards and guidelines for each of the class formats
• Set up classroom appropriately: Props, Mat Spacing, Music, Lighting
• Provide top notch class instruction
• Follow up with students after class
• Build community and connection
• Arrive to studio a minimum of 15-20 minutes prior to class start time
• Clean studio space after every class and follow up with students after classes 15 minutes post class)
