Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher required.

• Follow and enforce school rules, policies and procedures.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Fingerprint background check required and must pass.
• CPR/First Aid certificate current or obtainable.
• Safe Schools Training required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Teach lesson plans and instructions as directed by the absent teacher.
• Maintain a clean, respectful, and orderly classroom.
• Follow classroom and school procedures as directed by the school.
• Leave notes for the regular teacher at the end of the teaching day.
• Communicate in a friendly and positive manner with parents, students, and administrators.
• Keep records of attendance, accidents, and incidents.
• Protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Ensure safety of students at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by Building Administrator.
