Job summary

Under supervision, assist the certificated teacher with materials, activities, and student support across preschool and TK programs. Requires ECE units, safety training, and bilingual capability where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• AA degree or equivalent in education-related coursework.
• Preschool – 6 ECE units are required.
• CPR and First Aid certification are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with presentations and material prep.
• Support students individually or in small groups.
• Lead activities to develop motor skills and coordination.
• Attend to children's physical needs and safety.
