Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and enforce pool rules during lessons.
• Report early for shifts and receive supervisor instructions.
• Conduct classes according to aquatic program with adaptations as needed.
• Attend scheduled classes and arrange substitutes when absent.
• Promote participation in YMCA Swim Lessons.
