Job summary

You will report to the school office for materials, carry out lesson plans, supervise students, maintain a respectful learning environment, document attendance and incidents, and follow district rules and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to the school office to pick up required materials and assignment for the day.
• Carry out the program of study outlined in the lesson plans.
• Ensure health, welfare and safety of all students.
• Create a conducive learning environment suitable for all students.
• Manage the classroom and communicate conduct standards to students.
• Report student injuries, accidents, illnesses and discipline problems promptly.
• Take attendance according to school procedures.
• Be positive and respectful in interactions with students and staff.
• Maintain a neat and orderly classroom.
• Comply with district and school rules and expectations.
• Perform related duties as assigned by administrators.
