Job summary
The Out of Door Academy of Sarasota is hiring a Lower School Teaching Assistant for the Siesta Key Campus, starting in August 2025. This full-time, 10-month position focuses on providing targeted instruction and support to students in PreK through 2nd grade. Candidates are expected to have at least an Associate’s Degree, with a preference for a Bachelor’s in elementary education and experience in independent schools. Qualifications
Teaching experience in PreK through 2nd grade preferred, ideally in an independent school setting.
Ability to implement small group instruction and differentiate instruction.
