MasteryPrep is hiring tutors to support middle and high school students with math and reading test preparation. This role welcomes teachers, tutors, coaches, or individuals passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed.

Tutors will deliver live instruction at multiple campuses, use an energetic teaching style, and create a motivating learning environment to drive student growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Engaging presentation style and a positive attitude are important.
• Ability to work onsite and maintain reliable attendance.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for weekday in-person events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live instruction to middle and high school students at multiple campuses.
