Qualifications include at least 1 year of group exercise teaching and CPR/FA certification (or training) within 30 days of hire; strong customer service is essential to support member goals and engagement.

Qualifications

• Certifications: CPR/FA within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead energizing, safe, and educational group classes as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate class attendance records and report as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist members in achieving wellness goals.
• Uphold safety procedures and a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coordinate substitutes as needed and communicate with the Group Exercise Coordinator.
