Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required or strongly preferred.
• Teacher certification is preferred.
• Experience teaching elementary grades is expected.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and technology skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-based lesson plans.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and tailor instruction to meet diverse needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and school culture.
• Participate in school events and activities.
• Complete additional duties in collaboration with the team to deliver an exceptional student experience.
• Maintain accurate, complete, legible records as required by policy and regulation.
• Take necessary precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
