Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Bartender to deliver extraordinary guest experiences with courteous and professional service. You will prepare beverages to spec, manage bar stock, and handle cash, while supporting a fast-paced shift environment.

The role requires 6 months of bartending experience, strong guest-service history, and availability across early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. A 21+ age requirement applies and body of work focused on guest-first attitude will be valued.

• Record of delivering exceptional guest experience
• Effective communication skills
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
• Team Player with a guest first attitude
• Minimum age of 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Discover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
• Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
• Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware etc.
• Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
