Job summary

Motlow State Community College seeks Adjunct Faculty for Anatomy & Physiology at the Chattanooga State Kimball site. Under the supervision of the Department Head, instructors teach assigned classes during day or evening, in varied formats and at several locations, including off-campus sites.

Responsibilities include delivering instruction, maintaining attendance, evaluating student performance, communicating progress to students and college staff, and issuing grades while adhering to college

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Biology or Anatomy & Physiology related field, or Master’s with 18 graduate hours in Biology, or a professional degree in a related field.
Experience with teaching at college level is preferred.
Ability to teach in day or evening formats at multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Teach assigned Anatomy & Physiology courses in a variety of formats and locations, including off-campus sites.
Maintain attendance records and evaluate student performance.
Communicate progress to students and college staff; assign midterm and final grades.
Comply with college policies and employment agreement; support strategic plan.
