Job summary

The Waters of Bristol is seeking an Activity Aide to join our TEAM and support residents through group and one-on-one activities. This role focuses on facilitating engaging programs, promoting participation, and coordinating activities with care staff to ensure a positive resident experience.

You will help with outing events, chart attendance, and maintain organized activity supplies, while adhering to privacy and rights protections, including HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group activities
• Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance
• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
• Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities
• Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care
• Compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA and Federal Residents Rights.
