Transforming Age is seeking an Activities Aide/Program Assistant in Seattle to support our adult day health program. Responsibilities include providing personal care, facilitating therapeutic group activities, and monitoring client engagement.

Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma, strong client care skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Benefits include starting pay at $21.76/hour, medical and dental coverage, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a health or social services setting is a plus.
• Completion of HIV/AIDS information course (can be completed after hire).
• Annual flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions accepted).

Responsibilities

• Build a caring relationship with clients to assist with their needs.
• Maintain care by observing and communicating changes in client condition.
