Qualifications

• Active Ohio teaching license in the appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Comfort with growth‑oriented coaching with frequent observations and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to supervise students in various settings.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience in urban education.

Responsibilities
