Responsive Education Solutions is seeking an energetic aide to assist teachers in monitoring classrooms and facilitating student progress. You will support instructional activities, help with assessments, and encourage student engagement in English language skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED as a minimum educational credential.
• Experience working with students or parents preferred by district administration.
• Experience in church schools, day camps, youth groups, private schools, licensed day-care centers, or similar settings is acceptable.
• Age 18+ and complete required education/training courses with passing grades.

Responsibilities

• Assist Teacher or Coordinator in all areas of work.
• Implement instructional program and lesson plans under supervision.
• Assist with understanding assessments.
• Help check daily goals and ensure work completion.
• Motivate students for maximum learning.
• Participate in faculty meetings and teacher training.
• Encourage student self-esteem and future success.
• Support speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English.
• Perform special projects during/after hours; other duties as assigned.
