Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field is required.
• Valid teaching certification for Elementary PK-4 or K-6.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons with technology.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging 2nd grade lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
