• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials; provides individualized and small group instruction to meet student needs.
• Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior to create a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Identifies student needs and collaborates with staff to address social, emotional, behavioral, and academic issues.
• Communicates with parents regarding student progress and program details.
• Maintains records and administers assessments as part of the district assessment program.
