Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or similar setting is preferred.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, entertainment, and recreational programs
• Ensure activities are tailored to meet the needs and interests of each resident
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote teamwork and communication
• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
• Collaborate with rehabilitation staff to develop and implement therapy plans
• Document resident participation and progress in activities
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings
