AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for its remote Patient Engagement team, supporting ExactCare services. You will handle inbound patient inquiries, assist with balances, and coordinate with pharmacists and providers to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates are 18+, certified, and comfortable with remote work, with strong communication and confidentiality skills to maintain patient trust and comply with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required and current.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Partner with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure excellent patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide backup support during peak call times.

With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.Job DetailsPharmacy Technicians on our Patient Engagement team will be primarily focused on providing a quality experience for our patients in resolving inbound questions and concerns about their service with ExactCare. The Technician will work in a remote closed-door pharmacy environment, spending their time speaking with patients, doctors and facilities on the phone in addition to the outlined job duties and responsibilities. Unless otherwise specified or approved, department business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-9:00pm Eastern Time and Saturday-Sunday, 9:00am-5:30pm Eastern Time.
