The Spice & Tea Exchange® of Mashpee Commons is seeking Year-Round Retail Sales Associates with retail sales and/or hospitality service experience. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

The team offers more than 75 varieties of loose leaf teas and 85+ spice blends, all made in-store, with a focus on a warm, engaging customer experience. Join us in an affirming, fun, creative, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Year-round retail sales associate role with hospitality or retail experience.
• Requires weekend and holiday availability.
• Compensation: $16.00 per hour, bonus program included.

Seeking Specialty Retail Sales & Engagement Specialists

Year-Round Retail Sales Associates with retail sales and/or hospitality service experience are wanted to add to our incredible staff at The Spice & Tea Exchange® of Mashpee Commons. WEEKEND & HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED. We offer more than 75 varieties of loose leaf teas, and more than 85 custom spice blends all made in-store. We are looking for engaging individuals with excellent people skills who have a passion for food and cooking. Full time, & Part time, YEAR ROUND positions with competitive compensation and bonus program and opportunity for advancement available.
