Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Lancaster County, PA is seeking an Activity Assistant to plan, organize and implement engaging activities that meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of our patients and residents. You will contribute to monthly recreation therapy planning, document attendance, and participate in care plan meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities meeting patients' physical, creative, cognitive, social, and emotional needs.
• Document patient/resident attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
