Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management or a similar role.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and delivery.
• Background in Supply Chain Management projects.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
• Exposure to cloud / SaaS solutions.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate into detailed functional requirements and design documents.
• Support Solution Architects with functional and technical specifications.
• Identify test scenarios and help with test case documentation.
• Work closely with delivery teams to test and troubleshoot solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases.
