Job summary

Santé Group Companies is seeking a Full-Time Peer Program Assistant (32 hours) in Germantown, MD. The role focuses on engaging members, promoting participation in groups, and assisting with peer-to-peer support discussions both in person and by phone.

The assistant helps link members to services and activities within the center. On-site work is required during core hours with responsibilities including orientation, daily operations, data entry, and coordinating events.

Qualifications

• WRAP certification required within six months of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED or related experience.
• CPRS certification OR willingness to obtain within one year; Sante will pay for your certification.
• Two years in full recovery and three years lived experience with mental illness, substance abuse, or a co‑occurring disorder.
• Vehicle access with a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and no more than two points on driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work on site during core open hours and assist daily center operations.
• Perform orientation for new members and manage daily sign‑in sheets.
• Open/close and facilitate center operations; handle cleaning, setup, and supplies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and data entry.
• Create correspondences and track visitor data and memberships.
• Coordinate activities and support group meetings with the Director.
