Job summary

Chubbies Shorts in Texas (remote with Austin preference) is seeking a Manager of Engagement Marketing to own social and live experiences for Chubbies and Cheekies. You will lead strategy, calendar, publishing, community, and reporting while guiding the in-house content team and external partners.

You will craft channel-specific programs, develop recurring series, orchestrate events from concept to execution, and translate brand priorities into clear briefs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media management or content strategy.
• Proven ownership of a brand's social channels end-to-end, with calendar, publishing, community, and reporting.
• Experience managing people, contractors, or production partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the social strategy and channel direction for all platforms.
• Manage the social calendar, drafts, reviews, and timely posting.
• Lead in-house content teams and coordinate with influencers and external partners.
• Plan and execute brand moments, events, and activations with on-brand delivery.
• Build community and measure performance with timely reporting.
