Chartis has offices in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C., and Nashville. Remote work is permitted.
Engagement Managers lead consulting teams, managing Analysts, Associate Consultants, and Consultants on projects with healthcare provider clients, typically lasting 3-6 months. Our projects cover revenue cycle responsibilities in acute care and ambulatory settings, including large-scale transformational initiatives that improve financial and operational performance.
This is a remote position with occasional client travel.
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability and life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and voluntary benefits.
