Role Overview

Engagement Managers lead consulting teams, managing Analysts, Associate Consultants, and Consultants on projects with healthcare provider clients, typically lasting 3-6 months. Our projects cover revenue cycle responsibilities in acute care and ambulatory settings, including large-scale transformational initiatives that improve financial and operational performance.

This is a remote position with occasional client travel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage overall project delivery, coordinating efforts between clients and colleagues to meet goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging healthcare knowledge and insights.
  • Coach and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Create compelling deliverables that motivate client action.
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth through internal initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in revenue cycle and healthcare consulting, including managing teams.
  • Strong background in Patient Access and familiarity with Epic’s Patient Access applications preferred.
  • Advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, MPH) are a plus.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Effective leadership qualities.
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability and life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and voluntary benefits.
