Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Engagement Manager for our Hartford Financial Services team. You will lead planning, execution, and final deliverables for client engagements, including budgeting, scheduling, and billing.

You’ll build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality work and service integrity. The role requires CPA and 5+ years in public accounting, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with CaseWare or ProSystem FX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor's Degree and active CPA required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of CaseWare or ProSystem FX.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning, execution, deliverables, and billing for client accounts.
• Develop engagement work plans with budgets and schedules.
• Monitor status and adjust schedules with management.
• Maintain professional client relationships.
• Ensure clear client communication and service quality.
• Prepare timely bills for services rendered.
