Job description

The Engagement Manager is the go-to person who ensures that our contractors (associates) are properly onboarded and supported at our clients. This individual will ensure that the candidate has a positive experience throughout the recruiting process, onboarding, and the duration of their time working with us. What you’ll be doing

• Recruiting qualified candidates for our clients through sourcing and hiring events, and guiding them through the onboarding process
• Educating associates about client policies and procedures, and ensures onsite staff are compliant
• Answer basic associate questions around human resources, payroll and operations, and/or directing them to the proper resources
• Make a certain number of associate “touch points” every week, tracking and processing redeployment and offboarding as needed
• Engage with associates and foster professional relationships through formal and informal feedback to identify ways to create better associate satisfaction and retention
• Seek opportunities for improving the program while meeting established key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $48,600 - $89,100 Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
