Straive is seeking an Engagement Manager with a strong background in analytics consulting, client delivery, and data-driven project management. You will act as the strategic bridge between client leadership and technical execution teams—leading end-to-end delivery of Analytics, Cloud, Data, and GenAI initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing client engagement, delivering on analytics and GenAI workstreams, and guiding cross-functional teams through modern data stacks and cloud platforms.

Formación

• 7–10 years of analytics consulting, data-focused project management, or client delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and direct exposure to senior client stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and modern data stacks.
• Solid understanding of GenAI concepts and architectures (e.g., RAG, LLMs).
• Exceptional communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Preference for candidates based in NYC/NJ with willingness to travel.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Engagement Manager with a strong background in analytics consulting, client delivery, and data-driven project management. In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between client leadership and technical execution teams—leading end-to-end delivery of Analytics, Cloud, Data, and Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Management

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders across analytics and technology teams.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions to translate business challenges into structured analytics and AI initiatives.
• Deliver executive-level presentations, project status updates, solution demos, and risk management reporting.

2. Delivery Management

• Own the end-to-end delivery of analytics, data-centric, and GenAI workstreams.
• Oversee project planning, sprint execution, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet rigorous quality standards, technical feasibility, and strategic business goals.
• Partner closely with data engineers, analysts, and solution architects to validate outputs and execute smooth handoffs.

3. Solution Coordination & Technical Guidance

• Identify and propose data, analytics, and automated workflows to solve complex enterprise problems.
• Support project scoping, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, effort estimation, and delivery strategy.
• Guide technical teams using a strong understanding of modern data stacks, cloud platforms, and the GenAI App Development Lifecycle (including data orchestration, LLM selection, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures).
• Lead and mentor distributed, cross-functional delivery teams to maintain alignment on priorities and timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and facilitate structured knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in analytics consulting, data-focused project management, or client delivery.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and direct exposure to senior client stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), modern data stacks, and analytics workflows.
• Solid understanding of GenAI concepts and architectures (e.g., RAG applications, LLMs).
• Exceptional communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Preference for candidates based in NYC/NJ with willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior management consulting experience within a global or multi-client delivery environment.
• Hands-on exposure to the Azure tech stack and building/deploying RAG applications.
• Prior domain experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare/Life Sciences sectors is preferred.
